1. How to Place order for the product?
You can directly order the product from our website: https://www.getwayrecovery.com/purchase.html. When we confirm the payment from you, we will send the license key to your E-mail within several minutes later. Please indicate your E-mail address while purchasing.
2. What are the payment ways you accepted?

After you get the ID and the license key, you should download the Demo Getway Raid Recovery V2.1 from https://www.getwayrecovery.com/download.html (If you have downloaded the Demo Version, you needn't to download it again). Run the program, you will find the "About" button at the lower left corner of the program interface. Click the "About" and input the ID and the license key. Finish it by clicking OK.

6. How I can get the technical support from you?
First, we suggest you search your questions in the Support FAQ.
